One of the first questions when planning a day at sea is how much it costs. The price depends on the type of boat, the season, the duration and whether you take a skipper.
No-licence boats
These are the most affordable option. As a guide, in low season you can find no-licence boats from around €150/day, while in peak summer prices rise to €250-300/day. Fuel is usually separate.
Private charter with skipper
By including a captain, the private charter costs more, varying widely depending on the size of the boat and the duration.
What's included and what's not
In general life jackets, safety equipment and the handling briefing are included; fuel and the deposit are usually separate.
How to get the best price
Book in advance (especially between 15 June and 15 September), consider going early in the morning or late afternoon, and share the boat between several people.
